Silvia is the Founder and Principal Consultant of S-Curve Consulting. As a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), she brings over a decade of progressive HR experience in both the public and private sectors, including unionized and non-unionized environments. She has supported employees and management at all levels across multiple industries, helping organizations navigate complex HR challenges.
With years of experience in the digital marketing space, the S-Curve Team has developed a deep understanding of how strategic marketing complements HR initiatives. Silvia's passion for people and business success, particularly in
